I play a key role in contract administration, budget control, procurement planning, and risk management, ensuring resources are optimized and project objectives are consistently achieved. By establishing strong working relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, and business partners, I ensure smooth coordination, timely material delivery, and adherence to approved specifications.
